My family and I came hastily into the market for a single family detached residence, as COVID and a growing family put a strain on our shared space in the condominium we were renting. We were originally working with another real estate agent, but found that we needed someone professional, responsive, and on top of their game to facilitate a purchase for us, due to the current pressure of the housing market, and because of how fast inventory moves. After researching Rebecca (from a recommendation from my mortgage broker), we hired her and were delighted to see that she lives up to her reputation. She is so responsive, and quick at that! Rebecca is also a good communicator, and that helps when everything is virtual. It should also be said that it was Rebecca who found us our house, which we eventually ended up purchasing. So it goes to say that without her, we wouldn't be in this residence. Currently, my family is now situated in our dream house, and we have Rebecca to thank for that. Our lives have never been better, so we are forever appreciative of her help. Lastly, she gave us a very nice cutting board made by her husband as a house warming present.
